Our Background
Cosmos Insurance Group is a provider of insurance and reinsurance broking together with related advice and associated services.
With it’s head office based in Hong Kong, Cosmos Services Co., Ltd. was established in 1974 as a subsidiary of Itochu Corporation, one of Japan’s leading general trading companies.
Cosmos has offices in Thailand, Taiwan, UK and Vietnam enabling the group to strategically develop it’s business within the Asian region by providing both local and international specialist knowledge and services under the Cosmos brand. With 40 years of the Cosmos brand we are well placed to offer our clients tailored advice and service excellence.

Cosmos Services Co., Ltd. was established in Hong Kong
1985
UK office, currently UK Branch of Cosmos Services Co., Ltd. (Cosmos Risk Solutions) was established in London, UK
1990
Thailand office, Siam Cosmos Services Co., Ltd. was established in Bangkok, Thailand
1996
UK office became Lloyd's broker
1998
Taiwan office was established in Taipei, Taiwan
2011
Singapore office, Cosmos Risk Solutions Asia Pte Ltd. a joint venture with Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance was established in Singapore (This operation was sold)
2012
Vietnam office was established
2015
Rebranded as Cosmos Insurance Group and developed a new company logo
2016
We have successfully completed the registration on China Reinsurance Registration System of China Insurance Regulatory Commission (CIRC) and our official account number is B002400GBR00
